ABOUT TRACKRIGHT
Alex Martinov has extensive railway track engineering experience gained over 40 years. His broad knowledge and experience in track design and railway infrastructure construction was acquired whilst working 31 years as a surveyor within the Survey Section of the NSW Government Railway entities with the last one being RailCorp.
Alex then worked 7 years as a senior survey and track engineer for a leading Global engineering company, Parsons Brinckerhoff, (now known as WSP) where he built a strong reputation in his ability to provide best practice survey management for large railway infrastructure projects and also for his comprehensive track design checking ability.
TrackRight is a culmination of his vast knowledge and experience of the railway industry in both the government and private sectors. The training gained in an operational railway environment has been of great value and has given him significant insight into railway engineering and all the associated surveying requirements.
Alex brings a specialist viewpoint from a surveying and spatial perspective in determining rail project requirements, especially in mitigating the potential of spatial risk to infrastructure projects.
Alex is well known and respected within the rail industry and has key on going relationships with Transport for NSW (TfNSW), Sydney Trains, ARTC, JHR Country Regional Network, leading design consultancy's and professional surveying providers.
